Stuart joined Foster LLP as a lawyer in 2020 after working with the firm as both a Summer Student and a Student-at-Law. Stuart’s goal as a lawyer is to provide clients with efficient results while remaining personally available to clients should they have any questions or concerns. He believes strongly that clients should benefit fully from everything they are entitled to and is always willing to advocate on their behalf.
Stuart received his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary in 2019. During his law degree he was enthusiastically engaged with the student body serving as the Class of 2019’s Faculty Council Representative and as the Society of Law Students’ Vice-President of Students.
Prior to attending law school, Stuart earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria. While completing his undergraduate degree Stuart was elected as the President of the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business’ Commerce Students’ Society and served on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Business Students.
Outside of the office, Stuart enjoys playing hockey, slo-pitch, golfing, and cycling. He is an avid traveler having backpacked extensively through Europe.
