Bath-Sheba joined Foster LLP in October 2021 as a Student-at-Law. Bath-Sheba has over ten years of international law experience overseas. She recently worked as a Regulatory Compliance Officer in the Financial Services industry and advised on Environmental, Social Governance (ESG).
She also worked as a Rule of Law Advisor for the British Armed Forces in the areas of human rights compliance, counter-illegal wildlife trade (C-IWT), and peacekeeping missions. Prior to that, she lectured at the Hague University following her work for the defence on two high profile war crimes cases at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
Bath-Sheba received her LL.B from the United Kingdom and her LL.M in Public International Law specializing in International Human Rights law and International Humanitarian Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Criminal Justice & Jurisprudence with a Concentration in Law and a minor in Political Science from Carleton University.
